Russian tax authorities hold checks at Prokhorov’s Onexim Group

MOSCOW, Apr 14 (PRIME) – The tax authorities are checking companies of Russian businessman Mikhail Prokhorov’s Onexim Group, and Onexim is ready to cooperate in any necessary way, an official representative for the group told PRIME Thursday.

“Onexim Group is operating in full compliance with Russian legislation. As far as we are concerned, tax authorities are now checking companies of the Onexim Group. We are ready to submit all necessary information to authorities and to cooperate,” the representative said.

Boris Zverev, director of targeted communications department at power producer Quadra Power Generation, unit of Onexim Group, told PRIME that the checks were part of a pre-investigation check.
